As a parishioner of St. Ann or Our Lady,
you have the option to E-Tithe from your
checking or savings account.
You can also make donations to CSA
in the same manner.
All you need to do is fill out an Authorization for
Pre-Authorized Payments
and we will debit your account at the time you request.
Forms are available in church office or
E-Tithe Authorization Form
to download an authorization form to print, fill out,
and return to the parish office.
It’s that simple - one form and it’s done!
